Jackman of Fukui opens first UK shop in London Bridge

A new addition to the London Bridge area, Jackman of Fukui, is set to open their first UK shop today.

Located just off the bustle of the famous Borough Market on Park Street, the brand adds to the existing artisanal shopping landscape of the area with its Japanese made, vintage sportwear inspired pieces.

Founded in 1949 in Fukuki, Japan by Mitsugu Tanabe, the brand has a small but growing fan base in the UK, partly due to a successful collaboration with Suffolk based factory brand Lavenham.

Returning customers will have the opportunity to receive their very own numbered baseball tag to hang on the shop wall, and limited-edition home and away coloured sweatshirts inspired by an old catalogue will be available exclusively in the UK at the London Bridge store.
