Jacamo sponsors new Joe Marler podcast series
N Brown Group’s menswear platform Jacamo has been announced as the headline sponsor of Joe Marler’s new podcast series called ‘Joe Marler Will See You Now’.
Fresh from his standout stint on ‘The Celebrity Traitors’, former rugby player Marler invites celebrity guests into his ‘clinic’ to experience his trademark sharp and witty banter.
Thanks to Marler’s newfound national profile following the hit TV series, the podcast has already hit number five in the UK podcast chart.
The new show promises a dynamic blend of humour and awkward moments as ‘Dr Joe’ talks his guests through their problems in his typical straight-shooting style.
As the headline sponsor, Jacamo will feature throughout the series with in-episode reads from Joe Marler and his guests, as well as branding across the podcast set and in social content.
Esme Stone, Head of Brand at N Brown, said: “We’re excited to tap into a major cultural moment, partnering with Joe on what promises to be a standout podcast with the potential to reach an enormous audience.
“Joe’s humour, straight talking style and genuine warmth make him the perfect fit for Jacamo, and we’re really looking forward to seeing more of him as ‘Dr Joe’ throughout the series.”
Joe Marler added: “Jacamo has always been a brand that represents guys like me, which is why I’m chuffed they’re coming on board as the headline sponsor of ‘Joe Marler Will See You Now’.
“They kitted me out for my first big photoshoot after ‘The Celebrity Traitors’, and if you keep your eyes peeled you may well be seeing Dr Joe sporting some new Jacamo looks in the near future!”
Marler will also be promoting the podcast through his social media channels, where he boasts close to one million followers on Instagram and huge engagement figures on TikTok. The sponsorship deal was negotiated by independent media buying agency the7stars.
The first two episodes, featuring comedians and fellow ‘Celebrity Traitors’ Nick Mohammed and Lucy Beaumont, are available now across a wide range of platforms, already boasting more than 200,000 views on YouTube alone.
