Isabel Marant appoints former Fear of God COO as new Chief Executive
Isabel Marant has appointed Catherine Jacquet, former Chief Operating Officer of Fear of God, as its new CEO, effective next month.
According to her LinkedIn profile, she brings strong expertise in brand development, collections, marketing and communications strategy, supply-chain optimisation, retail operations and e-commerce growth to her new role.
In her former position at Fear of God, Jacquet led the brand's global operations, supporting its creative vision and growth by transforming its supply chain and operational platforms to improve profitability.
Prior to this, she spent almost four years at Lemaire in the role of General Director, leading the brand's international expansion.
She has also worked in senior management positions at Paco Rabanne, Maison Michel Paris, Sonia Rykiel and Courrèges, and held product and marketing roles at Levi Strauss & Co., French womenswear brand Naf Naf and Children Worldwide Fashion.
Founded in 1995, Isabel Marant is a French luxury fashion house launched by designer Isabel Marant. The brand is well known for its shoes, worn by many celebrities including Kate Bosworth, Katie Holmes, Anne Hathaway and Hilary Duff. In 2000, the label added the ‘Etoile’ collection, a sub-brand intended to be more affordable and casual.
