Intu Trafford Centre partners with Grazia to launch first beauty brand building event

Shopping centre owner intu is partnering with Grazia to launch the magazine brand’s first beauty and wellness weekend at intu Trafford Centre in Manchester on 28 and 29 March, 2020.

The "Grazia Beauty and Wellness Weekend" event will follow on from the launch of a new Primark Store on 20 March within intu Trafford Centre’s redeveloped Barton Square area.

A series of pop-up concessions offering makeovers, interactive experiences and expert advice will take place throughout the centre from brands including Benefit, Prai Beauty, Kiko Milano, Charlotte Mensah, Gold Collagen, Silent Night, Sloggi and Nails inc.

There will also be a ticketed "Grazia Beauty Lounge", with industry expert panels and workshops led by Grazia’s team, and a range of stars including Irish model and media personality, Vogue Williams, social media influencer and Love Island star, Molly Mae Hague, and health and wellbeing influencer, bestselling author and personal trainer, Alice Liveing.

“It will give the whole of intu Trafford Centre a boost by attracting even more engaged visitors to the centre over the weekend. We’ve seen the positive impact on footfall, dwell time and spend from similar events over the last few years and it’s something we’ll be doing more of to ensure our centres are places where people continue to love to be.”

intu Trafford Centre was recently ranked number four in data analytics company GlobalData’s UK shopping centre rankings, according to research it carried out taking into account the requirements of both occupiers and shoppers.
