Luxury fashion label Victoria Beckham was launched in 2008 by its eponymous director who introduced, in 2010, a more affordable line called Victoria by Victoria Beckham. Initially known for its dresses, the brand quickly expanded into bags and accessories as Beckham became accepted and lauded by the fashion establishment.

In November 2011, Victoria Beckham won Designer Brand of the Year at the Fashion Awards. In 2019, the brand announced it would remain fur-free and would not be using any exotic skins, as well as revealing a planned move into beauty.

Investor Neo Investments ploughed £30m into the business in November 2017 and soon after, former Chloe CEO Ralph Toledano was appointed as chairman. Former DVF CEO Paolo Riva was appointed CEO in June 2018.
