In 1960 the company began providing bespoke undergarments to the Queen of the United Kingdom as well as other members of the extended royal family and Hollywood stars including Gwyneth Paltrow, Scarlett Johansson and Lady Gaga.

In 1982 Rigby & Peller was purchased by June Kenton and her husband Harold.
