Launched by Dame Natalie Massenet in 2000, Net-A-Porter shook up the luxury market and proved that the customer was willing to buy high-end fashion online. It has gone on to become is the world’s premier luxury online fashion retailer, offering clothes, accessories and beauty from over 800 of the world’s most coveted designer brands – including Gucci, Balenciaga and Prada.

Alongside the website, the company offers a print magazine, PORTER, and a digital version, Porter EDIT, which includes weekly emails with unmissable fashion, beauty and exclusive celebrity interviews.

Massenet stood down from the business in 2015 following its merger with Italian etailer Yoox to create the Yoox Net-A-Porter Group, which is headed up by Yoox founder Federico Marchetti. Massenet went on to invest and join the board of rival group Farfetch.
