Description:

Founded by Ottavio and Rosita Missoni in 1953, Missoni is an Italian luxury fashion house famous for its colourful knit designs. In 2015, the company named Emilio Carbonera Giani as its new CEO, succeeding Alberto Piantoni.

In 2018, it was announced that Missoni sold 41.2 percent stake to an investment fund in order to help expanding the business and get the company ready for a potential public listing. The brand is renown for its collaborations, including Target in 2011 and American celebrity Jennifer Lopez in 2017.
