MANGO, opened its first store in Barcelona's Paseo de Gracia in 1984. Founded by brothers Isak Andic and Nahman Andic, MANGO was chosen as the name because it sounds the same in the majority of languages. Today, MANGO has more than 15,000 employees, 2,200 of whom work at the Hangar Design Centre and at its Headquarters in Palau-solita  i Plegamans, Barcelona.
