Edinburgh College of Art (ECA) is a leading international art college within the University of Edinburgh. Located in the historic Old Town of one of the world’s greatest cultural cities, the university offers a creative and supportive environment in which to study one of 80 ground-breaking programmes or take forward research within a global Top 50 institution.
Edinburgh College of Art aspires to create ‘originals’ – students who can think for themselves and who demonstrate aptitude in communicating their ideas through the semiotics of fashion and style. The university plays host to the UK’s first Diversity Network with All Walks Beyond the Catwalk, which hones students skills in ’emotionally considerate’ design.
Students become part of an award-winning student community, with an excellent track record in Graduate Fashion Week awards and the Sophie Hallette Lace Challenge.
