This month our unique study of behaviour and intentions of Britain's fashion retail shoppers, produced in partnership with Klarna, demonstrates that slow shift back to the high street from online retail.
Some 26% of our 2,000 nationally representative shoppers told us this month that they had shopped for clothing – in the prior three months –via online channels only. This is down from 30% in our previous report.

Browse through and download part one our report below to track more vital measures of behaviour from preferred channels to sectors and future shopping intentions, all broken down by demographics, gender and region.
In part two of our study we take a look at the fortunes of 100 brands across all the key sectors from value fashion to sports, luxury and rental. Each of these is also ranked by a unique Buzz Score.
