In Pictures: Reformation teams with Umbro for football-inspired capsule
Reformation has partnered with British sportswear brand Umbro on a limited-edition football-inspired capsule collection, set to launch on 22 June.
The collaboration pairs Umbro's football heritage with Reformation's feminine, dressier styling, leaning into what the brands call "spectator-sport styling", which is designed to work at the stadium, the pub or on the street.
The tagline "because those who can't play, watch," pitches the collection as a fan-focused range of apparel, more fashion-focused than performance-driven.

The capsule includes outerwear, separates and knitwear across mix-and-match colourways including chartreuse, navy, ivory, and chili mango. The colourways were deliberately made to be brand-neutral and are not tied to any specific team, according to the brands.
Core to the range are silhouettes from sporty shorts and crew-neck jerseys to a knit dress and tailored pant.
The collection is built from deadstock athletic materials, which the brands say retains a classic sportswear feel without the need for new synthetic production.

The collaborative collection launches "just in time to make watching soccer your new hobby", on 22 June and will be available through Reformation's website and in select stores.
This marks only the latest collaborative collection for Umbro this year. In May the brand launched a capsule with Crocs, combining both brands’ signature details on two football-inspired clogs.
