In Pictures: Pour Moi unveils new ‘Off Duty’ athleisure collection
British lingerie and swimwear brand Pour Moi has launched a new collection under the name of ‘Off Duty’, which has been “designed in response to a shift in consumer demand for athleisure wear”.
Now available on the Pour Moi, NEXT, M&S and Very websites, ‘Off Duty’ aims to deliver a blend of laid-back luxury and versality, crafted with soft and cosy fabrics including a 2101g Nylon/Spandex combination for leggings and bralettes.
The collection features everything from relaxed joggers and sweatshirts to easy layering pieces like wrap cardigans, jumpers and knitted dresses. There’s also loungewear sets and basics that make mix-and-match dressing simple, while sleek flowy tops and form flattering leggings offer outfits for yoga, Pilates and “all your off-duty plans”.
Collection highlights include the ‘Cosy Knit Wrap Cardigan’ at £47, inspired by Pour Moi’s ‘Elle Wrap Cardigan’ but taken up a notch with a more premium, ultra-soft ribbed knit, and the ‘Cosy Knit Dress’ at £55, with quarter-zip collar. There’s also flared leggings, wide leg joggers and a ‘Hidden Support T-shirt’.
Pour Moi founder and CEO, Michael Thomson, said: “We’re so proud to launch this first of its kind athleisurewear collection. We’ve been analysing trends over the past few years as well as our customer feedback and have consequently uncovered a demand for lounge-able athleisure wear that feels comfortable enough to wear all day for running errands and working from home in, yet looks stylish.
“Since the pandemic, we have noticed a shift in consumer demand for comfier clothing such as non-wired lounge bras and soft, movable leggings and tops. Our Off Duty collection offers over 20 pieces which can be mix and matched including yoga pants, tracksuits, cardigans and hidden support bras and tops.
“There really is something for everybody in this collection and each item will remain a timeless staple in your wardrobe for years to come.”
