In Pictures: Charles Tyrwhitt continues retail roll-out with new store in Cheltenham
British menswear brand Charles Tyrwhitt has announced the opening of its ninth new store in 18 months at 102-104 Promenade in Cheltenham.
The new store is showcasing the brand’s full range of menswear, from formal shirts and suits to smart casualwear, shoes and accessories.

The store is also offering one-on-one styling appointments and interactive touchscreens for customers to browse the entire collection.
In April 2024, Charles Tyrwhitt, which was founded by entrepreneur Nick Wheeler in Bristol in 1986, opened its new flagship store at 218 Regent Street in London – set over two floors in a fully renovated grade-listed building.
That replaced the old Charles Tyrwhitt location at 90 Regent Street and marked the brand’s eighth new store in just over a year, with others located on London’s Cannon Street, Victoria, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading, Chelmsford and Bristol.
The latest retail space in Cheltenham brings the brand’s global store count to 44 in total, with plans for a further six before the end of the year.
The new store also features a recycling initiative for old shirts and suits, "contributing to the brand's ongoing commitment to sustainability".
