Hunter documents fascinating lives in new Original Stories photo series

Hunter is celebrating its 160 year history with a photo series called Original Stories, featuring people across the world that have turned to its shoes in their outdoor pursuits.

The brand's Original Tall Boots are at the centre of the new campaign, a product that was first launched in 1956 and is made from 28 parts.

The first instalment of the new series has launched, featuring individuals hailing from Scotland, England and California. As the brand describes it, the series gives an opportunity to "discover different perspectives on the world outside, brought to life with joy and authenticity."

In Aberdeenshire, the brand introduces customers to the Thistle Piping Band, a group of women that play the traditional bagpipes and drums. This "chapter" is a reminder that the brand stays true to its storied past.

The second chapter introduces shoppers to the "hard-working colourful characters and bold personalities" who work in the Billingsgate Fish Market in London, which has a long history of bringing seafood to the city.

Lastly the series turns its focus to the family-run Double R Ranch in Agua Dulce. Among Joshua trees and cacti, Hunter shows video footage of the ranches' current owner and her two rodeo-riding daughters, all clad in Hunter shoes.
