Huel enters fashion market with Huelwear collection
Nutrition brand Huel has ventured into fashion market with the launch of Huelwear, a responsible range of apparel aimed at "slowing the fashion cycle".
Known for its vegan, lactose-free and soy-free meal replacements, the Hertfordshire-based company's first drop of the Huelwear collection offers seasonless wardrobe essentials for women, men and children made with organic cotton and recycled nylons.
Highlights of the 19-piece collection include a range of exercise essentials, double-layered pullover hoodies, organic cotton jeans, fleece jackets, beanies, caps and sports bras in black, grey and white. Each garment is also backed by a 5-year guarantee, with Huel offering free repairs and replacements.
Each item in the collection also has a version number to track changes to durability, sustainability and manufacturing ethics.
Julian Hearn, Co-Founder and CMO of Huel said: "Fashion is one of the most polluting industries on the planet. We created Huelwear to offer a new solution, one which takes the problem- solving approach we bring to our food products and applies it to another industry that needs to change dramatically if we want to protect the environment that we all have a stake in."
Available on its website from mid-March, the Huelwear collection will retail from £25 to £120, with sizes ranging from XXS to XXXL.
