Klarna has taken its House of Klarna pop-up shop concept to Manchester, showcasing some of its best-known partner brands and its flexible payments solutions.

Set in the heart of the city's shopping district at 35 King Street, the store features a mixture of online and high-street brands including ASOS, Mothercare, Samsung, Oliver Bonas, Topshop, Schuh and Beauty Bay showcased over three floors. The 26 brands have been chosen to offer something to every kind of shopper.

Like the pop-up shop the disruptive payments provider staged in London's Covent Garden three months ago, the Manchester store features plenty of Instagrammable moments and a range of experiences from styling sessions and beauty treatments, to yoga workshops and DJ sets.

Luke Griffiths, General Manager at Klarna UK commented: “Once again we are delighted to welcome people into the Klarna world, this time opening the doors to our very own House of Klarna. Our latest foray into physical retail has seen us partner with some of our biggest retailers across nine different rooms – truly showing the diversity of the brands we work with. We hope that the experiential space will inspire and delight shoppers."

The opening comes on the heels of the unveiling of a national outdoor campaign to promote Klarna's Pay later and Pay in 3 instalments options, as well as the key brands it partners with. The bold pink campaign featured rhyming slogans such as "I shop like a boss, ASOS" and "When I've decided, Missguided" and appeared on bus sides, on the London Underground and at outdoor sites across six UK cities.

House of Klarna, Manchester runs until 13 October. Visit the Klarna website for more information.
