High street star Reiss prepares to try on new owner

The high street fashion chain Reiss is being groomed for a sale after a long period of outperformance in an industry devastated by shop closures and insolvencies.

Sky News has learnt that Warburg Pincus, which took a substantial stake in Reiss in 2016, has appointed Rothschild, the investment bank, to help it conduct a review of strategic options.
