Hayley Sullivan brings The Styled by Collective tech-driven luxury platform to the UK

LA-based entrepreneur and style icon Hayley Sullivan has opened up her tech-driven luxury styling service, The Styled by Collective, to UK customers. 

The Styled by Collective blends digital wardrobe management with exclusive shopping access and personal style concierge support, serving an exclusive client base comprising celebrities, business leaders and high profile figures from around the world.

A tech executive turned stylist, Sullivan is known for her refined aesthetic and discreet high profile client base. The Styled by Collective draws on Sullivan's tech background and her keen eye for style and seeks to bridge the gap between digital convenience and personalised service.

Services offered include: 

  • personal styling and wardrobe edit sessions
  • one to one consultations virtually or in person
  • fully photographed and categorised digital wardrobe to track usage, plan outfits and stay organised while travelling and across the seasons
  • capsule wardrobe creation
  • lookbook curation and personal shopping
  • on-demand style concierge
  • year-round support for travel, events and seasonal refreshes

“We don’t just create beautiful wardrobes — we offer structure, clarity, and convenience,” said Sullivan. “I’m thrilled to now bring that experience to the UK.”

Sullivan added that her approach to digitally enabled wardrobe management was thrown into focus when she and her husband, former professional baseball player Deven Marrero, lost their home in the Pacific Palisades fires. Having documented every piece they owned, Sullivan said her work took on new meaning: "rebuilding a wardrobe not through impulse, but through strategy, reflection, and authenticity".

Sullivan's early career was spent in the tech space at unicorns including Palantir Technologies and Splunk. She established The Styled by Collective styling service in 2022 having spotted a gap in the market where luxury consumers were overwhelmed by choice yet underserved in personalisation.

Potential UK customers are now invited to apply to use the service at www.thestyledbycollective.com with only a limited number of clients accepted each season.
