goop, the online lifestyle platform founded by Gwyneth Paltrow, has launched a virtual iteration of its popular Wellness Summit in the form of a series of online events called, In goop Health.

The sessions run throughout April and May and feature conversations, advice, tools and interactive exercises presented by the platform's health and wellness experts and practitioners.

"Now more than ever, during these uncertain times when physical, mental, and spiritual health are paramount, goop remains steadfast in being of service to the goop community.

"Over the past several years and over the course of eight intensive, in-person In goop Health wellness summits, goop has been fortunate to bring together and form a community of seekers who are interested in connecting more deeply with themselves, the people in their lives, and the world around them.

"Now, for the first time, we’ll bring the curious spirit of In goop Health directly to that community—and grow it—through accessible online sessions," Goop said in a statement.

The one-hour sessions will stream live on YouTube every Wednesday from 12pm to 1pm PDT and will be recorded and made available for viewing on goop’s YouTube channel post-livestream.

They are free to attend but donations are encouraged for Doctors Without Borders to support COVID-19 relief efforts.

More information on the sessions can be found here.
