Gary Neville becomes face of Hawes & Curtis ahead of Euro 2024
Former footballer turned entrepreneur and Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville is the new face of British menswear brand Hawes & Curtis, and will wear his selected edit from the brand during the Euro 2024 tournament in Germany this summer.
Neville appeared as a guest ‘dragon’ on the BBC’s ‘Dragons’ Den’ show earlier this year, alongside Hawes & Curtis owner and CEO Touker Suleyman, a long-standing ‘dragon’, so it’s likely that’s how this new partnership was struck.
Neville’s 32-piece Hawes & Curtis edit, launching in-store and online today, includes linen suits in navy and stone, shirts, chinos and polo shirts.
Neville will wear key styles from the edit on TV in his pundit role at Euro 2024 (14 June – 14 July) as well as for public appearances.
Touker Suleyman said: "Gary is the perfect face for Hawes & Curtis. As sportsman, media personality and businessman, he speaks to all our customers. With the Euros coming up, I am delighted that we can kick-start the summer season with such an exciting partnership."
Gary Neville added: "Throughout my career I have always been on the hunt for a wardrobe that has a bit of everything, and this edit does exactly that. Hawes & Curtis will make it easy for me to put together outfits for all the commitments I have this summer. I can’t wait to work with them and bring it all to life."
Founded in 1913 by Ralph Hawes and George Frederick Curtis, Hawes & Curtis was acquired by Touker Suleyman in 2002. The retailer currently operates 14 stores in the UK and Germany, including its flagship store at 33/34 Jermyn Street in London.
