Gap has unveiled its spring campaign to champion individuality and self-expression, with the American brand building on its successful Yeezy x Gap collaboration.

Conceived by Gap's Global Creative Director Len Peltier and shot by Zoey Grossman, the advertisement highlight champions for social justice, environmentalism and women’s rights, among other causes.

The campaign features a diverse cast of creatives across the world, including Harlem-based fashion designer and style influencer Dapper Dan, non-binary trans-visibility artist Kai-Isaiah Jamal, Japanese-Dutch model and musician Yumi Nu and Burkinabé model, children’s book author and activist, Georgie Badiel-Liberty.

The advertisements will launch 8 March across digital media screens, live TV and streaming videos.

Mary Alderete, Global Head of Gap Marketing said: "As a brand rooted in modern American optimism, we celebrate what it means to be your true self today. This campaign is an honest reflection of individuals shaping culture by embracing their own paths—not what has been historically or traditionally defined for them, but what they define to be true for themselves.

"The campaign creative captures these creators pioneering a more inclusive, accepting world and putting their own distinctive stamp on American style."
