GANNI launches global competition to support creatives during coronavirus isolation

GANNI has launched a global creative competition called Home Is Where The Heart Is, to encourage everyone in isolation around the world to keep their spirits up and get their creative juices flowing.

A jury led by GANNI’s Creative Director Ditte Reffstrup will be reviewing submissions and selecting the finalists, with the winner to receive a €1,500 gift card, and the opportunity to take part in the GANNI's KIOSK exhibition that will be held in August during Copenhagen Fashion Week.

In order to encourage creativity, entries are not limited solely to fashion pieces and can be any type of unpublished artwork including portraiture, an illustration, collage or photograph.

The competition is open to entrants worldwide, closing 3 April 2020. The work submitted must be an unpublished piece of artwork, relating to the "Home Is Where The Heart Is" theme.

Ditte Reffstrup said in an official press release: "We are in this together, even though we are separated in our homes. This is my way to reach out to the community and hopefully inspire positive creativity and unity in our community. I can’t wait to see the results of the project."

GANNI has now created a dedicated segment on their website, allowing entrants to submit their work easily.
