Forest Essentials launches in the UK

Ayurvedic skincare and wellness brand Forest Essentials has launched in the UK for the first time. Available on LookFantastic, the brand prides itself on creating ethical and sustainable traditional Indian skincare and wellness products.

With its foundations in the ancient science of Ayurveda, the brand aims to harness the secrets of ancient beauty rituals for skincare, haircare and make-up. The cruelty-free brand emphasises its use of traditional methods in making its handmade products, while keeping to the highest standards of purity, authenticity and quality.

Forest Essentials ingredients are sourced from locally-grown plants, trees and herbs, which help to support both the community and the planet. The brand's UK launch is timely with the rise of Indi-beauty and increasing demand for natural, plant-based skincare.

The brand's bestsellers include its Purifying Facial Cleanser Kashmiri Saffron and Neem and its Soundarya High Performance Cream with 24 Karat Gold and SPF30.

Founded in 2000 by Mira Kulkarni, Forest Essentials aspires to be the first luxury Indian skincare brand to go global. The brand already exports to over 120 countries, with the backing of investor Estée Lauder’s global distribution network.
