British lifestyle and clothing retailer FatFace, which was acquired by NEXT in October 2023 for £115 million, has today announced a new store in St Helier. This marks its grand return to Jersey after closing its standalone store in 2021.

The new store, found at 66 King Street, St Helier will open later this month, creating 5 new jobs. FatFace's latest collections, as well as 'iconic' items from its core range will be on offer at the 1,978 sq ft space.

Karen Johnston, Stores Director at FatFace, said: "Returning to Jersey with a new standalone store is a proud moment for FatFace. King Street is a prime location, and this store represents our commitment to serving our loyal Jersey customers with a vibrant and welcoming shopping experience.

"We are thrilled to bring our products back to the island and look forward to connecting with the local community."

The Jersey store adds to FatFace's portfolio, which includes six stores in ROI, 191 stores in the UK and over 20 stores in the US and Canada.

Just last week, the retailer announced the opening of a new 1,571 sq ft store at 33 Bridge Street in Westport – its first on Ireland’s West Coast.

This emphasised FatFace’s fresh commitment to expanding its retail portfolio in Ireland, having opened a 2,000 sq ft store at Blanchardstown Centre in Dublin in May 2024. That was the brand’s first full-price store opening in Ireland for 14 years, adding to five existing stores.
