Farm Rio brings its colourful clothing to Carnaby Street with third London store
Womenswear brand Farm Rio has opened a new 2,034 sq ft store at 1 Carnaby Street, marking its third London location.
The Brazilian brand, known for its colourful designs, opened its first UK store at 86 King’s Road in Chelsea in January 2024, and its second at 26 Marylebone High Street in November.
The new Carnaby Street store is showcasing 140 pieces from the brand’s SS25 collection, including its signature maxi dresses, relaxed graphic t-shirts, tailored minis and matching sets.
Described as "more than a shopping destination", the space celebrates Brazilian art and culture and has been designed by Brazilian architect Renata Gaia.
The green store front is framed by large windows and plants above, while inside the tropical flora and fauna of French artist Dominique Jardy’s wallpaper merges with the delicate marquetry work of Amazonian artist, Maqueson Pereira da Silva, at the cashier desk.
The store plays with the same design elements that define Farm Rio’s other London locations, while introducing new compositions within the space. Additional design features include stairs adorned with a moss-inspired texture and sculptural mirrors made from sustainable straw by Brooklyn-based design studio, Rosalila.
Farm Rio is also soon to be launching a "never seen before pop-up experience" at Selfridges to further cement its presence in the heart of the West End.
