Ex-Gymshark Director Seb Mills rescues Dancing Leopard
Online womenswear brand Dancing Leopard has emerged from its collapse into administration in January 2025, following support from ex-Gymshark Director Seb Mills, who has assumed the role of Chairman.
Mills is a renowned figure in the fitness and apparel industry and spent almost eight years at Gymshark, leaving his Digital Director role in December 2022. He was most recently Managing Director at boxing apparel and equipment brand, Boxraw.
Under his leadership, Dancing Leopard, which was founded in 2009 by Jade Hildreth and Jack Burrows - with a focus on bold prints and statement styles drawing inspiration from global travel and particularly Ibiza - is "set to embrace innovative growth strategies" and expand its brand presence internationally.
Mills said: "This is an exciting new chapter for Dancing Leopard. We are committed to building on growth, innovating our offerings and expanding our reach. I look forward to working with the team and our new recruits to drive the brand forward."
In tandem with leadership changes, the company has undergone an internal restructure resulting in "a leaner, more focused team".
A recruitment drive is set to commence this month, with new talent to be onboarded to support upcoming projects and the expansion plans.
