Fashion’s New Omni-Consumer: VIP Roundtable breakfast


E-commerce growth post-pandemic has slowed to almost the same level as it was growing before the crisis struck and consumers have re-discovered a love for in-store shopping. Shoppers of all ages are buying, or considering buying, pre-loved clothing while interest in rental is also spiking., in partnership with BigCommerce, has commissioned a landmark study to ask 2,000 fashion shoppers how and why they shop as they do and what their intentions are for the coming 12 months. The outcomes of this study will help fashion retailers shape their online strategies and experience to answer the demands of this new hybrid consumer.
