Fashion Leaders Breakfast: Unlocking opportunity - how to optimise your operations to create a platform for growth

(THIS EVENT HAS NOW CLOSED)

Fashion retail is challenging but there remains plenty of growth opportunity for the brands and retailers with the right operational set-up to take advantage of it. Whether you’re scaling up, going global, diversifying into new channels or all of these, ensuring your logistics platform can provide sufficient support and flexibility is crucial.

Along with our partners at DHL Fashion we are assembling a high-level line-up of fashion leaders to discuss and debate the opportunities for expansion in the UK and beyond and the potential obstacles that need to be overcome, at our Fashion Leaders Breakfast on 25th September at the Nobu Hotel, Portman Square.

This intimate and interactive event will cover:

  • Going global: the markets to focus on and how to reach them
  • Data driven decision-making: using predictive analytics to identify the markets and sectors that will work best for you
  • Supply chain stumbling blocks: customs, tariffs, returns and regulations, how to navigate them to keep your business moving
  • Virality and volatility: how to deal with fluctuations in supply and demand
  • Branding and communication: ensuring the experience is on point for every customer, everywhere

You will also get the chance to network with your peers in the industry and exchange your ideas and experiences.

The event will be held in the elevated and stylish surroundings of Nobu Hotel, Portman Square and, as a thank you for attending, each guest will receive a luxury gift from Diptyque.

Please note:

The roundtable event will be held under Chatham House rules to allow guests to speak freely, however we will be creating some post-event video and editorial and guests may be asked to provide specific quotes for these. Approval will be sought for all quotes used.

Format and timings:

  • 08:45: Arrivals, networking & coffee + welcome from Lauretta Roberts, Editor in chief of TheIndustry.fashion
  • 09:00: Breakfast service followed by roundtable discussion
  • 11:00: Close of event
