eBay poaches ASOS's Eve Williams for Chief Marketing Officer role

eBay UK has announced the appointment of former ASOS Global Brand Director Eve Williams as Chief Marketing Officer.

In her role, Eve will be responsible for all of eBay UK’s marketing activity, creating brand campaigns to show the breadth of eBay’s marketplace and the 300,000 businesses on the platform.

During her time at ASOS, Eve was responsible for the company's marketing and customer programmes, creative, content, consumer comms and social output.

Prior to working at ASOS, she was Managing Director at Cedar Communications Ltd, producing content for some of Britain's leading brands including British Airways, Tesco, O2, TUI and Nikon.
