DUNDAS opens Sloane Street pop-up store

Red-carpet favourite designer womenswear brand DUNDAS has opened its first UK standalone pop-up shop at 50a Sloane Street in London, following the success of the brand’s pop-up at Selfridges earlier this year.

The new space, which it is calling its "Travelling Flagship", is set to run until mid-January 2020. The brand has previously had pop-up shops in both Los Angeles and New York.

In London it is now showcasing the brand’s D8 and D9 collections, with a preview of D10, plus some exclusive pieces from the D7 collection as shown in Los Angeles.

Peter Dundas launched his lifestyle brand in unconventional style, debuting with Beyoncé Knowles at the 2017 Grammy Awards. Created together with Evangelo Bousis – his partner in both business and life – DUNDAS focuses on timeless and seasonless capsule collections to meet the needs of the brand’s “fiercely loyal and nomadic customer.”

The brand is describing the new London store as a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the fashion obsessive to get close to the dresses worn by Ciara, Emily Ratajkowski and Poppy Delevingne.”

The store features neon artwork in the window, and is carrying an array of pieces ranging from the basic but infamous logo sweats, priced at £350, through to DUNDAS’s iconic animalier knits and party dresses, up to hand-embroidered demi-couture pieces to dazzle in this coming party season.

Dundas and Bousis will be hosting a series of events, soirees and Q&A’s for customers and locals to join in with at the store, including an event with Eugenie Niarchos, with whom they collaborated with on a jewellery line.
