Dr. Martens promotes sales director to UK General Manager role
Dr. Martens has appointed Nick Duff as its new UK General Manager, a newly created role.
Duff previously served as Sales Director for the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), having joined the company in June 2024.
He brings extensive experience from across the fashion and footwear sectors, including serving as EVP of Global Markets at Gant. Prior to that, he held several roles at Converse, most recently as General Manager for the UK and Ireland, and has also worked at Reebok.
The appointment comes as part of a broader organisational reshuffle. Chief Product Officer Adam Meek recently departed after four years with the company, during which he oversaw product strategy, branding, and franchise-led growth initiatives.
Earlier this year, Dr. Martens also indicated that some redundancies will take place as it implements changes aimed at simplifying its operating model and aligning the business more closely with consumers and local markets.
In November 2025, the company announced plans to increase prices in the United States in response to tariffs, while confirming that it did not intend to raise prices in the UK.
