Designer Exchange heads to Newcastle for latest store

Luxury fashion resale platform and retailer Designer Exchange is opening its latest store at 141 Grainger Street in Newcastle on 11 June.
The store will feature a curated selection of handbags, accessories and ready-to-wear from brands including Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Miu Miu.
As a nod to the locality, the store is launching with an exclusive capsule collection in collaboration with Newcastle-based designer Corey Dixon and her brand Somebody Else’s Guy.
The limited collection reworks pre-owned luxury pieces with independently sourced vintage football shirts, including a Newcastle United one with the Newcastle Brown Ale logo on the front and ‘Shearer 9’ on the back, bringing together luxury resale, upcycling and local fan culture in a uniquely Geordie way.
The new store is part of a continued expansion strategy for Designer Exchange, adding to its existing stores in London’s Knightsbridge, Manchester, Birmingham, Cheshire Oaks and Madrid.
The Newcastle opening also reinforces Designer Exchange’s commitment to circular fashion through a trusted, buy, sell and exchange model.
