Denim Library teams up with Gap for Jubilee weekend
Denim resale platform Denim Library has teamed up with Gap to offer customers the chance to purchase pre-loved jeans from the Gap archives during the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend.
Available to browse in-store on 120 Oxford Street, shoppers can also browse through a rail of iconic Gap pieces including denim, one-of-a-kind items and rare collectible styles.
The store will feature over 100 vintage Gap jeans sourced by Denim Library, which will be grouped in three categories:
- Common – 3-5 year old and was probably available in the UK market at some point
- Unique – a collaboration item or one of a kind
- Rare – 10+ years old and internationally sourced, e.g. LA Beverley Boulevard
Founded by Claire John in 2021, the platform offers hand-picked edits of worn-in and upcycled jeans to conscious consumers whilst supporting a slower fashion movement, stocking brands including Levi’s, Acne and Wrangler.
To compliment the sourced denim styles, John has designed The Unpublished Tee— a timeless t-shirt, available in black and white and made in the UK from 100% Supima cotton.
The Denim Library is also available on its website, with prices ranging from £20 - £40.
