Deckers Brands announces appointment of new Senior E-commerce Director

Deckers Brands has announced the appointment of Paul Wright as its new Senior E-commerce Director.

Wright joins Deckers Brand from FatFace, where he worked for the past nine years, most recently he serving as Brand and E-Commerce Director.

The move was announced on Wright's LinkedIn page, where he wrote: “After nine fantastic years at FatFace, a few weeks ago I left to start a new adventure. I'd like to thank all of my network here on LinkedIn for their support and partnership during my time at FatFace. I hope our relationships will continue.

This morning I start out on my next adventure joining the team at Deckers. I'm really excited about the opportunity to work with the teams here and explore new opportunities with their fantastic portfolio of brands.”

Animal rights organisation PETA has recently bought stakes in Deckers, hoping to use its position as a shareholder to exert pressure on them to ban wool, mohair and cashmere products.

Deckers Brands’ portfolio includes UGG, Koolaburra and Teva.
