Debenhams launches star-studded Christmas campaign celebrating the joy of easy festive shopping
Debenhams has unveiled its 2025 Christmas campaign, ‘DebenhamsDelivered’, positioning itself as Britain’s online destination for convenient festive shopping.
The new advert features a vibrant, feel-good celebration designed to highlight the ease of finding Christmas essentials across Debenhams’ online store.
Opening on a suburban street, the film transitions from everyday scenes to a festive parade that transforms pre-season fatigue into a moment of holiday excitement.
The campaign stars Olivia Attwood, Peter Crouch, and Judi Love, who lead a lively parade showcasing Debenhams’ product range, including fashion, beauty, homeware, and fragrance.
The multichannel campaign will appear across YouTube, broadcast TV, BVOD, CTV, OOH, DOOH, radio, digital, social media, and press, with notable placements including cinema spots during Wicked: For Good and an Oxford Circus takeover.

Commenting on the launch, Dan Finley, CEO of Debenhams Group, said the campaign aims to capture "the moment when the magic of Christmas quite literally lands on your doorstep", adding that it focuses on connection and the joy of easy, at-home shopping.
"At its heart, it’s about connection – bringing people together through joy, laughter and the ease of finding everything you need in one place," he said.
"With familiar faces like Olivia Attwood, Peter Crouch and Judi Love leading the celebration, the film captures that unmistakable British warmth and humour. We want our customers to feel that same sense of sparkle and magic this Christmas."
The campaign continues Debenhams’ strategy of evolving its creative storytelling to drive customer engagement and performance during the key festive trading period.
