Crocs signs multi-year licensing deal with the NFL for team-inspired clogs
Following on from its recent Krispy Kreme collaboration, US comfort footwear brand Crocs has revealed it has signed a multi-year deal with the National Football League (NFL) for team-inspired clogs with Jibbitz charms.
The ‘Classic Clog’, one of Crocs' bestselling shoes, will be the marquee product in the collection and has been crafted with team-centric elements that “celebrate the essence of game day”, from team colours to iconic mascots and logos.
While the first drop of 14 teams (with a full 32-team line-up rolling out throughout the collaboration) in the NFL x Crocs collection will initially be sold “globally” via crocs.com, NFLshop.com and through select international retailers, the Crocs UK website will carry just five teams from 19 September 2025.
They will be the Kansas City Chiefs, Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles for a ‘Classic Lined Clog’ retailing at £84.99, and the Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers for the unlined ‘Classic Clog’, priced at £79.99.
Matias Infante, Vice President of Global Marketing at Crocs, said: “We’re excited to join forces with a brand that shares the same passion and loyalty from its fans as we do.
“This collection goes far beyond product - it’s about creating unforgettable experiences that bring our communities even closer to the game they love.”
Ryan Samuelson, Vice President of Consumer Products at the NFL, added: “The Crocs brand has made a significant impact on footwear culture with their shoes becoming synonymous with ease and comfort.
“Collaborating with Crocs allows us to give fans expanded options that will keep them stylishly comfortable for game day and every day.”
The other team-inspired clogs, which will be available from Crocs’ main website (not the UK website), are the Detroit Lions, Pittsburgh Steelers, Chicago Bears, Buffalo Bills, Las Vegas Raiders, Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, Houston Texans and Denver Broncos.
It’s not yet known whether they will also be added to the UK website following on from the initial five teams, but going forward, American football fans will also be treated to expanded designs and categories, including bags, as part of the agreement.
