British lifestyle brand Crew Clothing has announced Abbie Ward and Natasha Hunt, who both play for England women’s rugby team – commonly known as the Red Roses – as its latest brand ambassadors.

Both players will wear Crew Clothing off the pitch as they travel and relax between tournaments, including the Guinness Women’s Six Nations this March and the Women’s Rugby World Cup in August.

In what it describes as "a pivotal year for women’s rugby", Crew Clothing already has a deal to dress the Red Roses playing squad and non-playing staff for all formal events and appearances as its Official Formalwear Outfitter, so the new partnership specifically with Ward and Hunt builds on that.

It is also the latest development of the brand’s overall ambassador programme, which includes prominent British tennis players Neal Skupski and Jodie Burrage.

Naomi Parry, Head of Marketing at Crew Clothing, said: "We’re so pleased to be welcoming Abbie and Natasha on board as brand ambassadors.

"Both are such impressive athletes, and their commitment, drive and values make them a perfect match for Crew. We’re so excited to support them this year, in what is set to be an incredible season for women’s rugby."

Ward commented: "I’m so excited to be joining Crew Clothing as an ambassador. I love to be by the coast, so I was already a fan of the brand. 2025 is going to be such a big year for women’s rugby, and Crew’s support of the sport is something that really appealed to me."

Hunt added: "I’m a big believer in British sport, and there’s so many cool things happening in women’s rugby at the moment. I’m really excited for what’s to come this year, and it’s great to be partnering with a brand that shares such a love for the game."

Crew Clothing, which offers womenswear, menswear, kidswear, footwear and accessories, was founded in the back of windsurfing shop in Salcombe in 1993 and continues to be influenced by the coast today.

It also maintains a strong affiliation with British sport, with partners including the LTA, Williams Racing, Henley Royal Regatta and Exeter Chiefs. The retailer operates 105 stores around the country, as well as its online business.
