Craghoppers to launch first-ever golf collection with insect repellent technology

British outdoor clothing brand Craghoppers, part of the Regatta Group, is launching its first-ever men’s and women’s golf wear collection for SS25 in March, which utilises its NosiLife insect repellent technology.

The 16-piece range is targeting golfers who often play where biting insects thrive - in warmer climates, near water or in long grass should their balls end up in the rough.

It will initially be sold exclusively through golf specialist retailer All4Golf, with broader availability on the Craghoppers website to follow.

Johannes Jurecka, Managing Director at golf retailer All4golf, added: "I was already familiar with Craghoppers and their insect repellent technology NosiLife from the outdoors sector, so to work with the Craghoppers’ team to bring this amazing innovation into the golf space has been very rewarding.

"As Europe's largest online golf store, we sell world leading golf brands to a customer who knows how much of a difference the right kit makes on the green. This capsule collection will help stop players being distracted by biting insects like mosquitoes and instead allow them focus on the game in hand."

Craghoppers is also bringing its focus on sustainability to the range, with each piece consisting of at least 55% recycled fabrics - part of the brand’s ‘Guaranteed for Life’ programme.

The new collection has a slim silhouette and comes in classic colours, with pieces designed to be layered, dependent on the weather. It comprises two lightweight jackets - one fleece and one stretch jersey - a long-sleeved zip neck top, a long-sleeved polo, two short-sleeved polos, a long-sleeved base layer with a high neck, and trousers for men and women.

Lightweight, stretch fabrics give golfers the flexibility to move freely and comfortably on the range and are also quick drying and breathable, with odour elimination part of the NosiLife technology too.
