Condé Nast postpones its luxury conference by three months to the end of July

Magazine and digital publishing giant, Condé Nast has announced its Luxury Conference, scheduled for April, has been postponed by three months to the end of July due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

The conference, titled Gateways to Luxury, which was scheduled to take place between 29-30 April, will now be held between 29-30 July.

Vogue International Editor, Suzy Menkes said: “This was a difficult decision. But we believe that rescheduling is the responsible and sensible thing to do. We look forward to being in scenic Vienna, at the height of summer, to host the 2020 edition."

Recently, in response to the rapid spread of Covid-19,  Condé Nast advised staff who had visited an affected country by Coronavirus to self-isolate for two weeks. The magazine and digital publishing giant which employs a large number of employees internationally, implemented a system to keep employees informed about the virus’ spread.
