Cocoon Group joins forces with More Luxury Club ‘to advance future of circular luxury’
Cocoon Group, the newly merged company formed from Cocoon and My Wardrobe HQ, has now brought More Luxury Club on board as part of its “mission to build the leading ecosystem for circular luxury”.
Founded to redefine how people experience and share designer fashion, More Luxury Club (MLC) has built a dedicated community around co-ownership of handbags and jewellery - championing quality, longevity and conscious consumption.
By joining Cocoon, MLC members will continue to engage in a circular luxury lifestyle with expanded benefits including access to designer rental, resale, subscription models and exclusive brand collaborations - all within one unified platform.
Cynthia Morrow, co-founder of More Luxury Club, said: “Cocoon shares our belief that the future of luxury lies in sustainability, circularity and community.
“We’re proud that our members will continue this journey within a company that shares our values and long-term vision.”
Following its recent merger with My Wardrobe HQ, Cocoon has been leading the consolidation of the circular luxury sector, bringing together businesses such as Rotaro, Cercle, and now More Luxury Club.
This roll-up strategy "positions Cocoon as the definitive category leader", offering the "most comprehensive, sustainable, and innovative way to access and enjoy luxury fashion in the UK".
Coco Baraer Panazza, CEO of Cocoon Group, said: “Our mission is to build the most forward-thinking and sustainable way for people to enjoy luxury.
“We’re delighted to welcome the More Luxury Club community as we continue to scale a smarter, more inclusive and more circular future for fashion together.”
The integration of MLC into Cocoon Group marks an important milestone for the circular fashion sector, setting a new standard for responsible luxury consumption, while “demonstrating how thoughtful consolidation can accelerate progress across the industry”.
