Charles Tyrwhitt continues retail expansion with 40th UK store at Lakeside
British menswear brand Charles Tyrwhitt is gearing to open its 40th UK store on 27 June at Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex, with "several new store openings planned in the coming months".
The new 1,200 sq ft Lakeside store will offer a curated range of formal tailoring, "smart-casual staples", knitwear and accessories.
There will also be several in-store services, including a complimentary measuring service, one-to-one styling appointments and click-and-collect.

It allows us to build on our recent retail momentum, while bringing our brand and product proposition to the county of Essex, once again - having opened in Chelmsford in 2022.

While the store will open its doors without a formal launch event, Charles Tyrwhitt is planning a special in-store celebration of the opening for local customers in the autumn.
At the end of April Charles Tyrwhitt reported a "strong" performance for the 53 weeks ending 3 August 2024, with turnover rising to £305.8 million - up from £269.2 million the previous year.
