Charles Clinkard targets children’s foot health in new range with Start-Rite

Family footwear retailer, Charles Clinkard, has partnered with Start-Rite to launch a new children’s footwear range to promote the healthy development of feet.

The new Autumn/Winter collection includes shoes for pre-walkers and first shoes for children who have started walking.

It combines medical expertise from physios, podiatrists and biomechanics, as well as over 225 years of research, to bring parents a range of quality children’s footwear designed specifically for developing little feet.

British brand Start-Rite has been a pioneer and expert in children’s footwear since conducting the first nationwide survey of children’s feet in 1943, which transformed how children’s shoes were designed and fitted.

The Start-Rite collection is available on the Charles Clinkard website and stores.

Charles Clinkard has been selling footwear for more than 70 years and was founded in Middlesbrough by husband and wife Charles and Eveline Clinkard. It introduced its first children's footwear range after World War II.
