Chaos pops up in Selfridges and Dover Street Market

Chaos, the new luxury accessories brand launched earlier this month by super-stylists Charlotte Stockade and Katie Lyall, will stage pop-up shops in both Selfridges and Dover Street Market in the run-up to Christmas.

The brand was launched on its own site and online at Matchesfashion.com earlier this month and comprises a range of luxury iPhone covers and accessories featuring statement slogans and motifs. Prices range from £145-£188 for an iPhone case and £45-£65 for charms.

Stockdale and Lyall are now taking the brand to Selfridges from 23 November and Dover Street Market from 1 December in spaces which have been designed by Studiofibre - a leading design studio which has created branded spaces for the likes of Net-A-Porter.com, Farfetch, The White Company and Agent Provocateur.

Stockdale and Lyall hinted that there could be more pop-ups on the way, produced in collaboration with Studio Fibre. "We love working with Studiofibre... the moment we first saw the initial idea that Studiofibre presented we knew they were on the right track," they said.

"The pop-up is a combination of textures and colours, both refined and complete and very reflective of our love for luxury, married with expressive. Look out for the next pop up with Chaos and Studiofibre!" the pair added.

Stockdale and Lyall launched Chaos having been inspired by "fashion’s modern obsessions - customisation, technology and a light-hearted sense of fun". The deer skin iPhone cases come in an array of bright colours and some are embroidered with statement motifs in chenille for added texture or printed with graphics, such as broken hearts. Customers can further personalise their iPhone case with the Chaos Zip and a collection of charms.

Stockdale and Lyall are leading names in the world of styling and have worked for major fashion publications including British Voguei-D and Garage; they have also consulted for brands such as Fendi, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Dior.

The launch video for the brand was directed by Yvan Fabing, with makeup by Pat McGrath and hair by Cyndia Harvey. It features a number of up and coming and established models wearing silk customisable tracksuits, which will be launched by Chaos next year.

The tracksuits have already had a high profile outing, however, having been worn by Cara Delevingne and Margot Robbie to the premiere of their feature film Suicide Squad.
