Premium British sportswear brand Castore has agreed a multi-year partnership with Lancashire Cricket Club.

The deal will see Castore become the official kit supplier and exclusive retail partner to Lancashire CC, with the kit featuring the iconic Lancashire red rose being worn by the club from April 2025.

The new design will be ready in time for the Lancashire men’s and women’s (Lancashire Thunder) first domestic fixtures of the season.

Tom Beahon, co-founder of Castore, said: "We’re really excited to partner with Lancashire, a club that is close to our hearts – especially my brother and co-founder Phil, being his former club.

"It is also close to our business in Manchester and we both have strong ambitions to continue to promote cricketing excellence at the elite level and through grassroots participation, particularly with Lancashire’s development at Farington due to open in 2026, with the new community cricket oval set to inspire the next generation of cricketers in the county.

"We think it’s a brilliant time to be bolstering our presence in cricket, as summer approaches and the UK plays host to some incredible international fixtures before the Ashes Tour later this year."

The new deal is a continuation of Castore’s investment in cricket in the UK, as it is already a kit partner to several teams including Yorkshire CCC, Surrey CCC, Worcestershire CCC, Middlesex CCC and Kent CCC, as well as the England men’s and women’s teams. Overseas, it also partners with New Zealand Cricket.

Lancashire’s home ground, Emirates Old Trafford, will host sides including India and South Africa against England this summer, as well as the County Championship and Vitality Blast fixtures. That means Castore’s wings logo will feature on high quality performance wear worn by athletes such as rising Lancashire star Rocky Flintoff, son of England cricket legend and former Top Gear presenter Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff.

Founded in 2015 by brothers Tom and Phil Beahon, Castore has grown rapidly to become a £950 million business, working with a range of the world’s most popular sports, from football to Formula One, as well as cricket and rugby.

At the end of January 2025, it was reported that Castore is considering floating on the London Stock Exchange. That came after reporting its strongest ever sales performance during the golden quarter sales period of 2024, as it continues to take on the big sportswear guns of Nike and Adidas.
