Caryn Franklin to head up ‘The Style Atelier’ stage at Spring Fair
Fashion commentator and former presenter of ‘The Clothes Show’, Caryn Franklin, will be hosting a new stage presentation dedicated to fashion’s future, called ‘The Style Atelier’, at Spring Fair - taking place at NEC Birmingham from 1-4 February 2026.
The new “hub of creativity and conversation” will bring together trend leaders, stylists and retail innovators for four days of insight, inspiration and style.
Through trend forecasts, ‘styling masterclasses’ and live interviews with pioneers defining the future of fashion retail, The Style Atelier will celebrate the craft of fashion and the power of individuality, “offering visitors a front-row seat to the ideas shaping tomorrow’s retail landscape”.
Franklin, who was also a fashion editor and co-editor of i-D magazine in the 1980s, said: “I’m delighted to be the host of The Style Atelier at Spring Fair, a space where creativity, conscience and commerce meet. As we explore the future of fashion together, it’s vital that we celebrate not only aesthetic innovation but also the growing movement towards ethical and sustainable practice.
“The Style Atelier invites modern makers to connect, question and reimagine what style can mean in a world that values responsibility as much as beautiful design. I look forward to welcoming everyone ready to be inspired by the next chapter of conscious fashion.”
As part of Fashion at Spring Fair, The Style Atelier sits within a vibrant new destination dedicated to style, creativity and the craft of retail. Bringing together apparel, accessories and jewellery under one roof, the dedicated new area will set out to connect established and emerging brands with thousands of retailers “ready to curate the next chapter of their collections”.
From contemporary womenswear and directional labels to design-led accessories and statement jewellery, the destination “will champion style in all its forms, combining discovery, education and inspiration”.
The Style Atelier will add a new dimension to the buying journey, offering insight and inspiration “that turn products into stories and trends into opportunity”.
