The High Court has rejected a request by luxury outerwear brand Canada Goose to put an end to protests outside of its London store.
Canada Goose opened on Regent Street in November 2017 and its use of animal products, such as fur and down, in its jackets prompted protests outside of the store.
On 29 November that year the sought an injunction against anyone protesting against the sale of clothing containing animal-derived materials at the store for alleged acts of harassment, trespass and/or nuisance.
