Camilla collaborates with the V&A Museum on a limited edition capsule

Global print and fashion house Camilla has collaborated with the Victoria and Albert Museum to launch a limited-edition collection inspired by the V&A's archive.

The three print collection explores the botanical worlds of 18th Century artists, William Kilburn and Anna Maria Garthwaith. The capsule takes inspiration from fanciful flowers, Georgian jewels, feathered creatures and glorious greenhouses.

Camilla Franks, Founder and Creative Director at Camilla, said: "I absolutely fell in love with the V&A and relished the opportunity to create a range of fashion items which are swathed in art and design history.

“These two incredible artists really captured my heart and imagination. The sheer joy of abandoning myself to their intricate and evocative worlds and all the beauty and detail they conjure up provided a well of floral inspiration.

"For me, reimagining these wonderful patterns and creating this Camilla range with the V&A is a dream come true. I hope people love this Camilla 18th century English slice of art and design as much as I do.”
