Burberry wins 2021 Ventana Research Digital Leadership Award
British luxury brand Burberry has won the 2021 Ventana Research Digital Leadership Award for Operations and Supply Chain for operations and supply chain, announced software platform provider Board International.
The award recognises organisations and individuals who use technology to advance business and IT. The 14th edition of the award also aims to showcase the leadership and use of business applications or technology that contribute significantly to the improved efficiency, productivity, and performance of the organisation.
Burberry selected Board’s all-in-one Decision-Making Platform to streamline and digitise its merchandising and buying processes. The integrated Board platform is designed to be an intuitive solution for the luxury brand, aimed at supporting the digitisation of merchandising buying processes from global assortment definition to defining an initial buy by region, store and size.
The platform is also designed with user-friendly features, to drive high user adoption and enable reporting from detailed buy overview to executive summaries.
