Brook Taverner’s retail expansion gathers pace with new Guildford store

British menswear retailer Brook Taverner has opened a new store at 76 High Street in Guildford, Surrey, marking its 17th UK store as its retail expansion continues.

Further stores to be added this year include one in Ambleside, Cumbria and another in St Andrews, Fife, with Brook Taverner targeting a UK store estate of up to 30 locations in the next five years.

The new Guildford store has opened just in time for the summer social season, “giving Surrey men a new destination for weddings, holidays, race days and every occasion in between”, with sharp suits and smart casual ranges now on offer.

There’s also a dedicated wedding service, helping grooms, best men and wedding parties discover luxury tailoring, expert styling advice and the perfect fit for the big day.

Brook Taverner was founded in 1912 and has been opening approximately two stores a year since 2017, with locations including Northallerton, Chester, Bury St Edmunds, Stratford-upon-Avon, Henley-on-Thames, Windsor, Horsham, Canterbury, Chichester, Exeter, Inverness and Perth. The privately owned company is based in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
